Joint Commission Specialist

As a Joint Commission Specialist, you would be responsible for:
- Understanding your assigned client(s) current status and future goals
- Building relationships with client(s) and answering questions as they relate to compliance and credentialing best practices
- Perform gap analysis and develop consultation plan to assist client(s) in reaching goals with Joint Commission Certification
- Facilitating weekly preparation & status calls to ensure progress is being made
- Setting goals and milestones in alignment with the final review date for Joint Commission Certification
- Education and preparation of staff
- Initiation of Performance Measurement Activities
- Review and advise on existing processes from pre-employment, through hiring, placement, and evaluation to assure compliance with Joint Commission standards
- Assisting with policy and procedure preparation
- Review Clinician Personnel files and provide recommendations as appropriate

- 1-2+ years of experience in healthcare staffing
- Compliance and/or credentialing experience

As a Compliance Account Specialist, you are responsible for:

- Understanding your assigned client(s) credentialing processes
- Auditing client files monthly
- Building relationships with client(s) and answering questions as they relate to compliance and credentialing best practices
- Leading quarterly client performance meetings
- Preparing and reporting client monthly performance data to leadership for Joint Commission reporting purposes
- Training of new credentialing team members assigned to your client(s)
- Overseeing credentialing team members and reviewing work for quality assurance
- Running monthly expiring items reports for client(s)
- Other job duties as needed
